Discover one of North Saanich’s vibrant pollinator habitats with a self-guided visit to the YYJ Pollinator Garden at Victoria International Airport.

 

Located along Willingdon Road, this demonstration garden features native and pollinator-friendly plants that support bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other beneficial species. Interpretive signage allows visitors to explore at their own pace while learning about pollinators, native plants, and healthy ecosystems. Open year-round, the garden offers a free and accessible way for residents and visitors to connect with nature and learn about local biodiversity.

The YYJ Polinator Garden 

Every day of the week | Any Time 

All season long, visit the YYJ polinator garden and show yourself around! This is an outdoor, self-guided experience. Visitors are encouraged to dress appropriately for weather conditions and wear comfortable footwear. Please remain on designated pathways and respect plants, wildlife, and airport operations. The garden is located near active airport facilities; visitors should follow all posted signage and remain within public access areas.
