Sandown Centre for regenerative agriculture

The Sandown Centre for Regenerative Agriculture is an 83-acre public land project in North Saanich, BC, located on the traditional territory of the W̱S͸ḴEM First Nation.

Since 2021, the Centre has been transforming a former racetrack into thriving farmland, wetland, meadow, and forest. Operated by the Circular Farm and Food Society (CFFS), a nonprofit founded in 2019, Sandown Centre is rooted in regeneration, stewardship, and community resilience.

The Centre has a community garden, incubator farm program, hosts youth on field trips, provides produce to food banks and schools, and offers regular on-farm volunteer opportunities.
