Celebrate the flavours of the Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria at our Harvest Table, an evening dedicated to the farmers, growers, producers, and makers who define our local food story. As our Saanich to Table Summer Series draws to a close, we invite you to gather around a shared table for a memorable harvest celebration. This long-table, family-style dining experience showcases the very best of the season through a thoughtfully curated four-course menu highlighting the abundance of local ingredients.Each course is paired with exceptional beverages crafted by Saanich producers, creating an immersive farm-to-table experience that celebrates the people, places, and flavours of our region.
