Our story started when we renovated the garage into a commercial bakery, and Melinda's Biscotti began with six customers and three flavours. Now the business has grown to serve over 3 million pieces in hundreds of locations beyond BC. All coming from a small bakery in Sidney on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Traditionally an Italian treat dating back to the Romans it was always a dry and very hard almond biscuit sealed in earthen jars and packed into the hold of a ship so that husbands had something sweet to eat on long sailings. In keeping with the name bi cotti or twice cooked, Melinda's Biscotti is created to fit the taste preferences for the Canadian pallet. Our biscotti has been described as crunchy or crisp ours is a very flavourful biscotti each bite snapping off with a chocolate coding melting in your mouth. With 10 flavours and three gluten-free to choose from, we know you will be delighted with every single bite
