
WHistle Buoy
Whistle Buoy is a tiny brewery with big ideas. We make experimental small-batch beers, with high quality ingredients in the heart of Downtown Victoria, Market Square. Our mission is to make the best beer possible and be stewards of the environment and our community. Luckily, we live in a diverse and productive growing region that allows us to purchase amazing ingredients from right here in the Pacific Northwest. Our tank-fresh beer is the result of our values in action. and we are proud to serve it to you.
All of Whistle Buoy’s beer uses locally grown and malted barley from Field Five Farm on the Saanich Peninsula. After beer is brewed with this grain, it is sent back to local farmers to use as livestock feed!

Try Whistle Bouy's flagship beer - a hop forward North American pale ale features a heavy dry hop of Citra and Mosaic which gives this beer it’s citrus flavour and aroma. It is bright, clean and crushable. The name comes from a word created in reference to the connection of living on the West Coast. It’s about balancing a hardworking lifestyle while taking advantage of all that the West Coast has to offer. 95% of the grain in this beer is grown local at Field Five Farm.
