End Dive’s concept is inspired greatly by the phrase it is what it is. Styles of service and menu offerings are ever-changing and evolving. Always maintaining a strict focus on sourcing everything as local as possible, from the island or within a couple hundred kilometre radius. Weekly menus are created and influenced by what is available within this range. The model of sourcing everything as local as possible and building relationships with suppliers is important to building community. Community is the key to a happier life.
