The Art of Slow Food is a philosophy - old world traditions revived for a better lifestyle. We're an exclusively gluten free bakery cafe showcasing some of Vancouver Island's best growers and artisans on our menu. We believe in a sustainable local economy that supports itself like a village.
We work exclusively with local farms, butchers & suppliers to offer you handcrafted bakery items and fresh meals. Every single thing on our menu is made in-house from scratch and served on our famous sourdough. We cater to dietary limitations of all kinds, providing gluten free food that isn't complicated or unpronounceable.
