Festival Launch Farm-to-Table Celebration! – Friday, Aug 18

Join us for a gorgeous three-course organic farm to table dinner and evening of local music celebrating 10 years of the Flavour Trail and the 2017 North Saanich Food & Farm Festival Enjoy the culinary delights of Chef Mitchell Morse, known for delivering some of the most beautiful seasonal food in the region. Pair that with local elixirs and the sultry sounds of acclaimed local jazz favorite, Edie DaPonte and her trio, and you have an evening of magic!

Menu:
1st – Warmed tomato or pepper salad with feta, basil, olive oil and balsamic

2nd – Lemon roasted Kildonan organic chicken with polenta and corn, on a seasonal vegetable puree

3rd – Berry Pavlova with lemoncurd, Meadowbrook Farm blueberries and fresh mint.
